Each smartphone case is individually crafted to order based on the customer’s specific selection of design, model, and customization preferences. As such, these items are considered custom-made products under UK and EU consumer protection laws.

Please Note:

  • Under UK and EU law, custom-made or personalized items are exempt from the right to cancel or return.
  • Once your order is placed, we begin the production process immediately, and cancellations or returns are not permitted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom-made phone cases designed specifically for your selected phone model and preferences.
  • Items that are not defective or damaged upon receipt.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

While we do not accept returns for custom-made items, we ensure the highest standards of quality. If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it free of charge under the following conditions:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product by contacting resolution@trendyphonecases.com
  • Provide clear photos of the damage or defect, including the packaging.

If the claim is approved, we will issue a replacement of the same item. Refunds are not available for damaged or defective products.


4. Incorrect Orders

If we ship the wrong item due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect design or phone model), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will verify the issue and arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.


5. Exceptions and Limitations

  • Customer Errors: We are not responsible for issues arising from customer input errors, such as selecting the wrong phone model or design. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
  • Normal Wear and Tear: We do not cover damages caused by regular use, mishandling, or misuse.

6. Compliance with UK and EU Consumer Laws

This policy complies with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, EU Consumer Rights Directive, and related regulations. Custom-made items are explicitly exempt from the right of return unless they are faulty or not as described.
